I will gladly issue refunds on all crochet items, however they need to be returned to me, unused for hygiene reasons and in perfect condition within 14 days of buying the product.
I will not cover postage costs for returning items and only the product price will be refunded to you (not including original postage)
Items damage through wear & tear will not be refunded. To minimise wear & tear please visit the product care page.
Due to the nature of my Customised Prints, these will not be eligible for refunds, however should they arrive faulty or damaged, please contact me.
All prints are finalised by you before sending, therefore please take care in checking the item before confirming your item. If for some reason something is wrong with your item during the ‘checking’ stage, I will not be able to correct this for you.
